caregiver support session

for the person doing the tending

The home is a body. And the caregiver is the beating heart.

So much goes into guiding little lives. The days are long, the mental load is heavy, and the emotional labor is real. And yet, this is also soul-filling work. Resistance work. It means something to care this much about a life.

This session is for you.

Not the routines, not the children, not the home environment. Just you. The person holding so much. You deserve a soft landing place. A listening ear. A space of complete non-judgment where we can think together about what you need to keep going.

this is a beautiful gift for the new or seasoned parent in your life

We begin where you are. No agenda, no checklist. Just an honest look at what your days actually feel like right now.

what we explore together

Together we might explore:

Where are the bright spots in your day — the moments that fill you up?

Where are the hard edges — the places that drain you most?

What does rest actually look like for you, in your real life?

What small, sustainable things could help you feel more resourced?

How can we find even one small thing - a hot shower, ten minutes outside, a cup of tea while it's still warm - that genuinely restores you on the hard days?

From there I offer resources, tools, and gentle brainstorming. Not advice, not fixing. Just thinking alongside you about how to make the weight a little lighter.

Parenting is resistance work. It is political. It is personal. It is one of the most important things a person can do. You deserve to be held in that — not just pushed through it.

This session is a place to pause, be seen, and find your way back to yourself.
